3.) What is Mysticism?

The term mysticism denotes something mysterious, enigmatic, mystical. It is derived from the Greek MYSTIKOS = MYSTICAL.

From a practical standpoint, however, everything that is inscrutable, mysterious or uncanny simply remains uncharted, unexplored, undiscovered, unknown. In other words, all the things that humanity does not yet comprehensively know and understand to this day. Conversely, everything we do understand is considered mystical no longer.

I have already stated that a mystic is in essence a curious person. They take interest in that which has no explanation in today’s world. Or, if an answer does exist, they do not believe it. That is why they may strive to discover the answer to the given problem by themselves.

Researchers have their laboratories and machines. We see the results of their work all around us. Nevertheless, there are still a great many unanswered questions on Earth. More continue to emerge. Even concerning subjects which touch on the very essence of our civilization. Its successful future or collapse.

A mystic does not have a laboratory or expensive instrumentation. What he does have is silence and several extrasensory perception techniques. With a little courage, talent, serious effort, patience, and a bit of luck, they are able to penetrate the realms of existence which no scientific instrument could ever hope to breach. It is there that answers to questions which no one on Earth can satisfactorily provide may be found.
