15.) The Pulsating Universum

During the creation of the Universum, the Supreme Intelligence which we refer to as GOD had accounted for every possible alternative which could come to pass over the course of billions of years (measured in earthly years). That is why the Universum can, when the situation calls for it, inflate and deflate.

In the event that the Universum does inflate or deflate, it always happens in direct proportion. When the material universes inflate, so too do the spiritual ones, represented by the cylindrical realms. When the 12 universes deflate, the cylindrical spiritual realms follow suit. That guarantees the Universum’s ability to withstand any fluctuation in its equilibrium. Minor fluctuations happen pretty much constantly, which is why equilibrium is maintained, aside from other “safeguards”, by a system based on pulsation.
