11.) How to see the unseen

There is a simple psychic exercise which you can use to gain the ability to glimpse at least some of what is normally “invisible” to the human eye. So what is it about?

You can stand, sit or lie down during this exericse. Whatever you prefer. Keep your eyes closed. Imagine a colourful mist before you, or a thin colourful haze. Any colours you imagine should be bright and vivid. They should feel cheerful. Light blue, light green, light yellow, light brown, light red, light purple, light orange.

Take slow, deep breaths through your nose, hold your breath for a few seconds, then slowly exhale through the mouth. Imagine that you’re breathing in one of the aforementioned light colours. When you exhale, you needn’t imagine anything any longer. Do this for about 10 minutes daily. There is no harm in doing it more often than that. On the contrary. Over the course of your day, keep in mind that you do these psychic exercises so that you could begin to see that which “remains invisible to you”.

The first results should arrive in about three to four months of exercising. Particularly for the “talented”. After all, we are all “unique” and each one of us is endowed with different predispositions for this or that activity. After three to four months, you can conduct a “test”.

Stand 4 to 5 metres away facing a dark wall or a dark piece of furniture. Focus your eyes as though you’re looking at something that is about 2 metres behind that wall. Stay in this “ruminative” position for about 3 to 4 minutes. No longer than that. If you are unsuccessful, wrap up the exercise and try again after a break.

It is the very same technigue used to look at three-dimensional images. You have surely come across these in a magazine before. What is it you should most likely see?

You should be able to see white particles - tiny spheres about 4 millimetres in diameter, moving horizontally in all directions. They should be moving slowly, roughly 1 metre per second.

Should such particle “fly” towards you, it will “disappear” almost exactly 1 metre away from you. If a white particle moves away from you, it will “appear” about 1 metre away in front of you, and after almost exactly three seconds at a distance of 4 metres, it will disappear. Every white particle can thus be seen for 3 seconds, during which it will pass 3 metres horizontally.

There are not many of these “invisible” particles. You should see one every 4 to 7 seconds, but sometimes even 3 to 4 can be seen at once.

Like I said, each one of us is “unique”. It is therefore possible that someone may see something entirely different from the aforementioned white particles. Whatever you might see, however, it should leave you feeling at ease.

It is more than likely that if someone practices the given psychic exercises for a long period of time, as in for years, their abilities are bound to improve. After some time, they may see brief flashes of “the invisible” even when they least expect it. If these “flashes of the invisible” were to frighten someone so much so that they become intrusive, all it takes is to cease the breathing exercises with a colourful mist. In time your abilities will be lost, and everything will go back to normal.
